Manufacturing
Nephron Nitrile, which will be headquartered in more than 400,000 square feet of space in the Kennedy Innovation Complex, represents an investment of more than $100 million in the Midlands. The plant will generate 250 jobs for the area.
Technology
Columbia Investments, through its affiliate Robotics Leasing, acts as the primary leasing arm for Ghost Robotics. Ghost Robotics is the number one supplier of legged robots to US and Allied Governments as well as both small and large private sector corporations. Robotics Leasing provides a leasing option to those governments, companies and organizations who use Ghost Robotics products but wish to keep the investment off of their balance sheet by leasing the asset rather purchasing it.
